MyHome @UL -- UL's customer portal

Created especially for our customers, MyHome @UL is a dedicated Web site providing secure access to online tools and databases that can help simplify your compliance activities.

Along with 24x7 password-protected access to UL-related information, MyHome @UL gives you the ability to tap into UL's compliance expertise. You can customize your personal MyHome @UL page to include the content needed most, including timely information about certification updates specific to your interests and links to other Web sites you visit regularly.

Once you have requested access to subscriber number records and received notice of approval, you may be able to access:

  • UL Reports/CDA -- secure access to your individual UL reports and procedures.
  • MyProjects -- stay up-to-date on the progress of your open UL projects and view the details of your completed projects.
  • My Variation Notices (VNs) and Inspection Reports (IRs) -- set alerts to receive notification of VNs and view details of your VNs and IRs within hours of them being created.
  • UL staff directory -- access contact information for UL's staff.
  • ULiQTM Databases -- easily source key components such as plastics, appliance wiring material, printed circuit boards and others based on your end-product requirements.
  • Request For Quote -- send your requests directly to your dedicated support team for faster processing of your upcoming projects.

Important details

  • When setting up your MyHome @UL account, please have your company subscriber number handy. Entering your 9-digit subscriber number in the specified location is a critical step in gaining access to your company records.
  • A gatekeeper must be established at your company to control user access to your company records.  The gatekeeper decides who obtains access to your company's confidential information.  If a gatekeeper has not already been selected for your company, the first request for access to subscriber number information will start the gatekeeper process.  An electronic access gatekeeper agreement must be signed by someone other than the designated gatekeeper and returned to UL before access can be activated.
