Moderator: Dean Zwarts, senior global business manager

Dean Zwarts is a senior global business manager for cybersecurity at UL Solutions, responsible for Consumer IoT, medical and payment security. He has more than 20 years of experience in technology, innovation and security. He has led start-ups and held roles such as CTO and CIO and has led commercial teams in cybersecurity. Dean has patents in security-based services and has contributed to standards organizations.

In his role as a Cybersecurity Business Manager in UL Solutions and Chairman of the TIC Council Conformance Assessment (CACD) Working Group, Dean is currently an active participant in various AI Task-forces and working groups, and engaging both as TIC-for-AI, and AI-for-TIC.

Speaker: Hilal Sahin Ergin, cybersecurity team leader

Hilal Sahin Ergin is a cybersecurity professional with over a decade of experience specializing in Common Criteria evaluations. Currently serving as the Common Criteria lab manager and team leader of the IT Security Evaluation Facility (ITSEF) at UL Solutions, she has a proven track record in managing, leading and performing complex cybersecurity testing processes. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in the evaluation of a wide range of IT products and systems, ensuring they meet security compliance standards.
