Welcome to UL Solutions supplier onboarding
UL Solutions is streamlining how we handle supplier onboarding. We’ve implemented a third-party platform, Graphite Connect, to provide a more secure online method for suppliers to provide their information. Only individuals the supplier has identified can update the information, which helps protect your data and ensure our financial controls.
The instructions explain how approved suppliers may onboard using the new platform.
Timeline
New suppliers
Effective immediately, new UL Solutions suppliers based in the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East will receive an invitation to register with Graphite Connect as part of their onboarding process. The communication will come from Graphite Connect, not UL Solutions. Please keep an eye out.
Existing suppliers
First, UL Solutions will notify existing suppliers in June 2024 that they will receive an invitation from Graphite Connect. Next, Graphite Connect will send the invitation. No supplier should register unless they first receive that invitation.
Note: Graphite Connect for new suppliers in other regions will launch at a later date.
