Retailers must comply with many regulations impacting the products they purchase and sell. Retailers are also introducing initiatives to reduce select chemicals in their products, by curating more sustainable offerings, providing clear labeling and developing their own greener brands.

This guide provides an overview of the key U.S. regulations impacting retailers, product compliance best practices and how adopting robust chemical policies is making a difference. You will also see examples of sustainability programs that enhance brand reputations and empower shoppers to make more informed choices.
