Healthloq and UL have recently entered a strategic collaboration. The new collaboration leverages the Healthloq transparency platform that uses blockchain to create a tamperproof audit trail to shine a light on those in the natural products, food & beverage, and nutraceutical industries, with UL’s expertise in providing independent third party testing, inspection and audit activities to help food, OTC drugs, cosmetics and dietary supplement manufacturers deliver quality and safety.

The collaboration introduces an efficient path for manufacturers to launch food, OTC drugs, cosmetics and dietary supplements into new markets while providing information to the market about their quality, safety, transparency. Working with UL and Healthloq, food, OTC drugs, cosmetics and dietary supplement manufacturers will have supportive services to help manage their complex supply chains and make smarter decisions. Through Healhloq’s transparency platform that uses blockchain to create a tamperproof audit trail, and through UL’s cGMP certification audit programs, regulatory compliance testing and global market access programs, customers can help maximize their business efficiencies and meet consumer expectations.
