NORTHBROOK, Ill. — April 15, 2025 — The following is a notification from UL Solutions that the dead-front switchboards identified below bear unauthorized UL Marks.
The UL Mark labels are genuine; however, UL Solutions did not authorize them to be affixed to any product.
Name of Manufacturer: New Light Controls
Remedy: UL Solutions recommends that the product be removed from service. If you discover products with these labels with the serial number identified below, please contact UL Solutions Brand Protection at acf@ul.com.
Identification of the Labels: Standard white dead-front switchboard section label, DEADFRONT SWITCHBOARD SECTION___OF___ UL Listed.
Each label covered by this notice has a serial number in the following range: M08073556–M08074555.
Location: The products were sold in the United States.
UL Solutions tests and certifies dead-front switchboards under the UL 891 General Coverage Program. The UL 891 General Coverage Program requires a manufacturer to design products within the scope of specific requirements in the relevant Standards and use a combination of Listed or Recognized components along with designated design parameters and quality control processes.
