Toronto, Ontario, April 15, 2021 — The following is a notification from Underwriters Laboratories of Canada Inc. (ULC) that File No. EX28493 was used as a “Certification Identifier” on a maintenance service tag for fire extinguishers.
Premium Fire Protection Ltd. does not have ULC certification under the Fire Extinguisher Service Agencies category and was never authorized by ULC to use File No. EX28493 or make reference to it in any form.
These tags may have been used in the Provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
