UL’s Seemanta Mitra presented on Standard Setting, Non-mandatory Regulations and Industry Requirements for Reusable Face Masks for AAFA’s Product Safety Seminar East — Virtual Event. In this session, we discussed how to incorporate existing industry standards into your product safety protocols and what to do when there are gaps in those standards. We also discussed the different testing requirements across the U.S., Canadian, and EU markets for reusable face mask and what steps need to be taken to be in compliance.
