Klaus Hoermann started working with Automotive SPICE® in 1998. Since then, he has performed hundreds of assessments and trainings. His passion to bring hard-to-understand models to life so that everyone can understand them.

Thomas Liedtke

Thomas Liedtke is a computer scientist by background. After completing his PhD at the University of Stuttgart, he entered the telecommunications industry. Over the course of 14 years at Alcatel-Lucent, he successfully spearheaded a variety of projects and managed several departments. He entered the field of consulting over a decade ago and has been sharing his experience with clients in a variety of industries ever since, primarily in the areas of safety, security, privacy and project management.

He has been involved with several committees, particularly the working group for Automotive Cybersecurity at German Electrical and the VDA Cybersecurity Work Group organized by the (DIN standard NA052-00-32-11AK and ISO standard TC22/SC32/WG11).

Erich Meier - Director Product Management and Strategy

With a career spanning over two decades, Erich has been instrumental in assisting global corporations in transforming their product lifecycles and enhancing their engineering processes. From 2007 to 2021, he served as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Method Park, where he oversaw the global product business, technology vision, and roadmap. Following Method Park's acquisition by UL Solutions, Erich now plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of UL Solutions Software Intensive Systems.

Bhaskar Vanamali

Bhaskar Vanamali has been working on process improvement for nearly 20 years and was secretary of the working group 13 of VDA QMC. 

He is a principal assessor and trainer for Automotive SPICE® and has performed more than 140 assessments and trained more than 250 assessors.
