To achieve certification as an intacs®-certified Provisional Assessor (SPICE for IT Services), participants must:
- Pass the exam.
- Have at least two years of relevant full-time professional experience either in IT service management or in R&D projects for software-based automotive electronics systems or in quality assurance processes in this area.
- Have at least basic knowledge of or experience in IT service management, such as Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL®) V4 foundation or ISO 20000-1 foundation (recommended).
